Yoga Classes


 

Lindsey Prosser is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga to teach Hatha Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga, and is teaching classes at Neston Methodist Church and Community Centre from September 2014.


Hatha Yoga

 

Yoga is a wonderful way to build strength and flexibility . It also helps to reduce stress levels and encourages an inner peace. Yoga can also develop core strength and alleviate back problems . All levels of students are welcome

Classes in the Church Hall, Mondays 7:15pm - 8:45pm.


Pregnancy Yoga

 

Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way to prepare for motherhood, The flowing posture work helps to combat the minor ailments of pregnancy whilst building strength and stamina. The breathing practice is excellent for labour and the relaxation is deeply calming. Classes in the Hall, Fridays 6:30 - 7:30pm.
