Neston Community CyberCentre provides free computer access for residents of Neston and district. There are 10 PCs with internet access and software, printers and scanners. If you need assistance there will be a CyberBuddy on hand to help. The CyberCentre PCs run Microsoft Windows 7, and provide internet browsers, email, and standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Publisher).
Some Buddies can also help with problems with laptops, and with Apple Macs, Android Tablets, Digital cameras, Raspberry Pi's and much more, but for help with these it is best to enquire ahead. They can provide advice on how to submit online job applications, make travel bookings, request driving licence renewals and other online tasks.
There are also two standalone PCs which can be used for Family History research. Help is available to search for your family history using various tools and websites.
When the CyberCentre is open there is free wireless internet for registered CyberCentre users (registration is free) throughout the centre. Check in with the Buddy on duty and ask for the password.
