Age UK Get Active Classes


 

The Age UK Get Active programme enables older people to keep active, and to maintain their strength, suppleness and stamina as they get older. Staying regularly active will help:

  • Your Heart and Lungs to work more effectively
  • You to maintain a healthy weight
  • Your muscles and bones to remain strong
  • You to improve flexibility, balance, co-ordination and posture
  • Maintenance of mobility and independence
  • Relaxation and sleep
  • Meeting new people and keeping up with your friends


Come along at 12:45 on Monday for a keep fit class in the Church Hall with Dora.
